We deliver at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies which is the only hospital in the state of Florida dedicated to the health and well being of pregnant women. Due to that their nurses and support personal are prepared to handle any possible emergency you and your unborn child might have. They are the busiest in the state of Florida and the third busiest in the United States.

Dr Beliard is the product of Haiti, where compassion and family values are an inherent part of education. He went to medical school abroad, and then spent 7 years in training at Flushing and Jamaica Hospitals in NY to become a Board Certified Ob-Gyn specialist. He also spent a year in Internal Medicine at Flushing Hospital and a year in Family Practice at Bronx Lebanon Hospital in NY to have a complete understanding of the human body.
Dr Beliard provides patients with a high level of obstetrical and gynecological care using established, effective methods as well as innovative, advanced technologies in a skilled and caring fashion.
He believes that a visit to the doctor should relieve stress rather than produce it. He enjoys delivering babies and providing routine comprehensive gynecological care to patients from adolescence through menopause.
His special clinical interests are in medical complications of pregnancy, management of abnormal pap smears, minimally invasive procedures (hysteroscopy and laparoscopy).
Dr Beliard emphasizes combining well-researched medical information with open communication to provide care meeting the individual needs of each patient.
Dr Beliard is a great advocate for the role of patient education in delivering meaningful and effective healthcare, and encourages patients to have all their questions answered and to be active participants in their own health. Dr. Arnaldo Lopez is proud to be a member of Obstetrics & Gynecology of Greater Orlando.
He has lived in Florida for 16 years, married and with three children arrived in 1993 to Sebring, a small community in Central Florida. Moved to Orlando in 2007, because he and his wife wanted to be in a bigger city.
After graduating from medical school at The University of Puerto Rico he did his residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the same institution. Then he went to his military service with the United States Air Force in Georgia, where he was awarded the commendation medal for meritorious services.
After that he returned to his native Puerto Rico for 3 years where he practiced in a big single specialty group.
He enjoy sports and is an avid fan of the Tampa Bay Bucs, Florida Gators and Orlando Magics.
He is fluent in both English and Spanish and performs minimally invasive surgery where you can have a lot of different procedures through small incisions and be able to go home the same day and return to normal activities in a week
He also manages high risk pregnancies in conjuction with the high risk specialist.
Dr Lopez is very proud of the hospital where we do all of our deliveries and surgical cases.
